What this is

SociaOS is a single-owner tool. The person who runs this installation uses it to publish their own content to their own accounts. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

As is, without warranty

SociaOS is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Posts can fail, arrive late or be rejected by a platform, and the owner is expected to check the result. To the extent the law allows, the owner of this installation is not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Content and platform rules

The owner is responsible for the content posted through SociaOS and for following the terms of each platform it posts to, including their API terms, developer policies and community guidelines. SociaOS only publishes what the owner wrote and approved.

YouTube

SociaOS uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to SociaOS you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Privacy

What SociaOS stores and for how long is described in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the owner of this installation lives. The owner can name a specific jurisdiction here.
